Foods that we often avoid that are good in curbing (belly) fat!!

You always want to reduce your waist. People avoid some foods to reduce weight/fat/waist, which are really good at curbing the fat!!

Look out for the below foods which are often mistaken as fat, are actually fat busters.

EggsAlmondsPeanut Butter

Peanut butter:

Peanut butter has Niacin. Niacin keeps the digestive system on track and prevents belly bloat.Dont take more than two spoons a day!!

Lean Meat:

Remeber our body burns more calories digesting protein than carbs or fat. Go for lean meat  or fish – tuna or salmon


Eggs contain vitamin B12(Cyanocobalamine) which our body needs to metabolize fat


Berries has lot of filling fiber which are good for curbing fats.

Olive Oil:

Olive oil contains monounsaturated fats – so they keep cholesterol under control


Remember the terrorist of 26/11 attacks in Mumbai were consuming almonds!! Almonds will keep your feeling of hunger away..restrict to maximum of 20 to 25 almonds a day!
